For your claim to be deemed valid, your invoice must clearly show the following:
1. Date of purchase
2. Store name and address
3. Model purchased and fully paid purchase amount or rental term
4. Invoice Number
Your invoice can be supplied by:
1. Scanning your invoice & saving it as a PDF or image file
2. Taking a photo of your invoice with all details clearly visible
