How long does the Show Your Colours promotion run for and when do I need to get my claim in by?

The promotion is based on purchases made between the 13th March – 5th May 2019. Final claims need to be submitted by AEST 11:59PM, 31st May 2019.

How do I claim my $150 Rebel digital gift card?

Visit the Redemption Page here and input all requested details, upload a scanned copy of your purchase receipt or rental agreement and submit the fully completed online claim form.

You will be contacted by one of our team members who will advise on the status of your submission when available.

How long will it take to receive my gift card once my submission has been verified?

You will receive an activation link for your Rebel digital gift card within 21 business days of being notified that your submission has been validated.

If you do not receive an e-mail within the 21 business day period after receiving your validation email, please contact us here.

How do I know the status of my entry?

Our team will contact you throughout the validation process; this includes notifying you when entries have been submitted and received, valid, pending or invalid. Entries that are made pending, will require resubmission based on the details supplied in the email. You will receive an update within 5 business days of submitting your entry. Resubmissions close on the 30th June 2019.

What are the terms & conditions of the Rebel $150 digital gift card?

Redemption of any Rebel digital gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified here and here.

Can I use my Rebel digital gift card for purchases over or above $150?

If your purchase is under $150 (including delivery), any remaining balance on the card can be used in whole or part against future purchases. If your purchase is over the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid via other payment methods. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any Rebel digital gift cards are not included (i.e. delivery costs).
